1. Who we are

Infinity Travels is a travel agency at 353 Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi 110034. You can reach us on +91 99114 44445, +91 98915 54444 and infinitytravles1408@gmail.com.

By booking with us or using this website you accept these terms.

2. What we do

We book air tickets, hotel stays and holiday packages as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers.

The supplier's own terms apply to the service they provide. Our role is to arrange and confirm the booking on your behalf.

3. Bookings and confirmation

Step 1. You send an enquiry by form, call or WhatsApp.

Step 2. We send a quote with the full price and what it includes.

Step 3. You confirm and pay.

Step 4. We book with the suppliers and send your documents.

A booking is confirmed only when we have received payment and the supplier has confirmed it. Until then prices and availability can change.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees. The price we quote is the full amount you pay and includes applicable taxes, unless the quote says otherwise.

Online payments on this website are processed by PayU through cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your full card number.

Any payment gateway or convenience charge is shown before you pay.

You can also pay by bank transfer or at our office.

An invoice or receipt is issued for every payment.

5. Your responsibilities

Names on bookings must match the government ID or passport used for travel.

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations and travel insurance.

You must check all documents as soon as you receive them.

You must reach airports, hotels and pick-up points on time.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are covered in our Refund and cancellation policy.

In short, the supplier's rules plus our service charge apply, and refunds go to the original payment method.

7. Delivery of tickets and vouchers

How and when we send your tickets, vouchers and other documents is covered in our Shipping and delivery policy.

8. Our liability

We take care in arranging your travel. We are not responsible for the acts or failures of airlines, hotels, transport operators or other suppliers, or for delays, cancellations, lost baggage, injury, illness or loss caused by them or by events outside our control.

Our total liability for any booking is limited to the service charge you paid to Infinity Travels for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Travel insurance

We recommend that every traveller buys travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs and baggage. We can arrange it on request.

10. Using this website

The content, photos and design of this website belong to Infinity Travels or its licensors.

Prices and package details on this website are indicative until confirmed in a quote.

You may not misuse this website or submit false enquiries.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is covered in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and grievances

To make a complaint, write to infinitytravles1408@gmail.com or call +91 99114 44445.

We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

If a complaint is not resolved, you can take it to the consumer forums under Indian law.

13. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
