Shipping and delivery policy

1. What we deliver

Air tickets, as e-tickets.

Hotel confirmation vouchers.

Holiday package confirmations with day-by-day itineraries.

Invoices or receipts for payments.

All of these are sent as PDF or text documents.

2. How we deliver

Everything is sent by email to the address you give at booking and by WhatsApp to the mobile number you give.

Nothing is shipped physically unless you ask for printed copies.

Printed copies can be collected from our office at 353 Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi 110034 during office hours at no charge.

3. When we deliver

Air tickets are issued and sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and usually within 2 hours during office hours.

Hotel vouchers are sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Holiday package confirmations are sent within 2 working days of payment confirmation, because each hotel and transport booking is confirmed individually.

Where a supplier needs longer, we tell you the expected time before you pay.

4. Delivery charges

There is no charge for electronic delivery.

If you ask for documents to be couriered, we charge the courier's actual cost and tell you the amount in advance.

5. Check your documents

Please check the names, dates, routes and passport details on every document as soon as it arrives.

Tell us at once about any mistake, because correction charges from airlines and hotels rise as the travel date nears.
