The name, mobile number, email address and trip details you type into our forms or send us on WhatsApp.

For confirmed bookings, the traveller names, dates of birth, passport or ID details and anything else airlines, hotels and visa authorities require.

2. How we use it

To call you back, prepare quotes, make and manage bookings, and send tickets, vouchers and invoices.

To answer complaints and to meet legal and tax record requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by PayU. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on PayU's secure page and are not stored by Infinity Travels.

We keep only the payment reference, amount and date.

PayU's own privacy statement applies to the payment step.

4. Who we share it with

Airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa services and other suppliers, as needed to complete your booking.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while we work on your request.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.

6. Cookies and website data

This website uses only the basic cookies it needs to run. If analytics are added, this page will say so.

This website is served over HTTPS.

Booking records are kept on access-controlled systems, and only the staff who handle your booking see your details.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing infinitytravles1408@gmail.com, subject to the records we must keep by law.
